The Myth of Balance–Don’t be Afraid of Falling

Don’t be afraid of falling. Let your life come out of balance. Dive into something new with your whole heart. Skimp on something else if you have to. Don’t hang on too tight to the floor with your toes. Topple. Get up. Love again. We will be balancing Wed. night in the Yoga of Parenting.
